The Problem We Lived (And Why We Started Povidom)
For nearly two decades, our co-founder was on your side of the table: building, launching, and scaling SaaS products, including education and training platforms. He lived the pressure of hitting growth targets and the frustration of burning cash on ad campaigns that didn't convert to demo bookings.
He hired video agencies that produced beautiful, generic fluff. He hired freelancers who couldn't articulate how learner engagement or completion rates translated to ROI for L&D buyers. He saw firsthand how the gap between a complex education platform and a clear marketing message was where potential revenue went to die.
Meanwhile, our other co-founder was in the creative trenches, managing high-end video production. He saw clients with brilliant products but no clear strategy, leading to projects that looked great but failed to move the needle. He was tired of executing flawed plans.
Povidom was born from a simple, shared frustration: the agency we needed didn't exist.
