1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Povidom's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Povidom provides video production and marketing services, including but not limited to:

• ✓ Video Sales Letters (VSL)
• ✓ SaaS onboarding videos
• ✓ Explainer videos
• ✓ Tutorial and product demo videos
• ✓ Video content strategy and consulting
• ✓ Video advertising campaigns

3. Service Agreement

When you engage our services, you agree to:

• ✓ Provide accurate and complete information
• ✓ Provide necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner
• ✓ Pay all fees as agreed upon in your project contract
• ✓ Respect intellectual property rights
• ✓ Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally:

• ✓ Payment milestones will be outlined in the project contract
• ✓ Final payment is due upon project completion
• ✓ Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables as specified in your contract. Povidom retains the right to use the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Before full payment, all work remains the property of Povidom and you may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials.

6. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in your project will be specified in your contract. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Major changes to project scope after work has begun may require a new contract and additional payment.

7. Project Timeline

Project timelines will be specified in your contract. Delays caused by late client feedback or materials may extend the timeline accordingly. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but are not liable for delays outside our control.

8. Confidentiality

We will keep your confidential information private and secure. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to complete your project or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Povidom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement as specified in the project contract. Upon termination, you will be billed for all work completed up to that point. Any payments made are non-refundable.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from our video production services. Success depends on many factors outside our control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
