Explainer Video for MyImmiTracker
Creating an engaging explainer video to help users understand the features and benefits of the MyImmiTracker platform.
Introduction
MyImmiTracker is a collaborative community project for immigrants to share, track and analyze visa applications. The platform provides valuable tools and resources to help users navigate the complex immigration process.
The client approached us with a task to produce an instructional video to help customers better understand their new tracking web-app. They supplied an original script for voice over and asked us to work our magic to create an engaging and informative explainer video.
Problem
Sometimes it is difficult for visitors to understand exactly what an app does or how it works, and their first video attempt was not successful.
This meant that the website required quality motion graphics work with voice over and animation, text, pulling everything together to make instructions clear and reliable for the visitors.
Challenge
The challenge was ensuring our motion graphics were clear enough for the viewer and their instructions matched up to the visuals being shown. However, we've had plenty of experience and we're always keen to impress our clients – so we welcomed the challenge with open arms!
Solution
We used our skills and experience in motion graphics and video editing to produce a practically brand-new video fit to showcase MyImmiTracker to new customers. We used imagery of relevant icons and doodle illustrations to highlight the immigration challenges and solutions that the platform has to offer.
In this blackboard animation, we implemented engaging overlay text to take the viewer on a journey to a strong call-to-action, making the platform's features and benefits clear and compelling.

Visual Storyboarding
We created a detailed storyboard that mapped out the visual elements and animations that would accompany each section of the script, ensuring a cohesive and engaging narrative flow.
Illustration & Animation Design
Our team designed custom illustrations and animations that visually represented the immigration process and the platform's features, using a blackboard style that was both engaging and easy to understand.
Voice Over Integration
We carefully synchronized the professional voice over with the visual elements, ensuring that the narration and animations worked together seamlessly to convey the message effectively.
Feedback Integration & Refinement
Throughout the production process, we collaborated closely with the client, incorporating their feedback and making refinements to ensure the final video met their expectations and effectively communicated their message.
